Oro retired sound from the track and has a truly entertaining personality. Oro is not technically a warhorse, but we've crowned him as an honorary one for his service to LOPE. He has taught our staff much about the importance of treating ex-racers like individuals. Oro loves the vibe and activity at the LOPE farm! Because of that, Oro has a permanent job at LOPE as a lesson horse in our Starting Gate Program.
